Built by educators, for scholars

Close the gap.
Then accelerate past it.

REAP Education designs and delivers accelerated math, science, and technology programs grounded in quality instruction — competitive, hands-on, and joyfully rigorous for scholars in 3rd grade through high school.

Student programs

Four pathways, one standard: quality instruction

Every program is designed and delivered by veteran educators and runs in-school, after-school, Saturday, or as summer acceleration.

Math Accelerator: Foundational Fluency to Advanced Mathematical Reasoning

Grades 3–12; site selects participating cohort

2 hours/day during the school year; 4 hours/day during summer programming

Accelerated mathematics instruction that strengthens foundational computational fluency while advancing students toward algebraic thinking, conceptual understanding, mental math, exponents, square roots, multi-step problem solving, and mathematical reasoning.

  • Foundational skill assessment
  • Addition, subtraction, multiplication & division fluency
  • Mental math & conceptual mathematics
  • Individualized & small-group instruction
  • Algebra readiness & multi-step problem solving
  • Progress monitoring & whole-child mentoring
  • Off-campus Accelerated Math Academic Games Competition

Science Mania

Grades 3–12

Hands-on, over-the-top experimentation that puts discovery in students' hands. Rich academic discourse turns exploration into deep conceptual understanding.

  • Live experimentation
  • Structured discourse
  • Inquiry-driven units

Technology & AI Literacy

Grades 6–12

Students learn to maximize AI in academic settings without outsourcing their thinking. We protect intellectual ownership and raise engagement — AI as an amplifier, never a shortcut.

  • Responsible AI use
  • Prompting as reasoning
  • Academic integrity by design
Technology & AI Literacy

Data Science Foundations

Grades 6–12

A math-and-IT pathway that builds statistical reasoning, data fluency, and foundational information technology skills for college and career readiness.

  • Statistics & modeling
  • Data tools & coding
  • Real-world datasets

The REAP approach

Former educators. 30+ years of driving robust programs.

We have sat in the classroom, led the building, and written the curriculum. That experience shows up in programming that is rigorous, culturally affirming, and relentlessly focused on measurable student outcomes.

01

Diagnose the real gap

We start with what students actually know, not what a pacing guide assumes. Instruction targets the missing foundation.

02

Teach it well, then play

Quality first instruction, followed by games, labs, and competition that force retrieval, speed, and reasoning under pressure.

03

Raise the discourse

Scholars explain, defend, and revise their thinking out loud. Engagement is the mechanism, not the decoration.

04

Prove the growth

Progress is measured, shared with families and school leaders, and celebrated publicly.

Curriculum & program design

Custom, standards-aligned curriculum and full program builds for schools and districts — from scope and sequence to student-facing materials.

Professional development

Practical, classroom-tested PD that strengthens first instruction, discourse, and data use. No theory without a Monday-morning move.

Nonprofit & grant support

We help nonprofits develop comprehensive community programs and build the programmatic backbone that grant initiatives require.

Youth & adult pathways

Beyond the classroom: building the next generation of innovators

REAP's workforce and entrepreneurship programs give high schoolers and adults the technical, creative, and business skills to build careers — and build wealth.

Entrepreneurship

High school & adults

Scholars and adults turn ideas into ventures — from market research and business modeling to pitching, budgeting, and launching. We build the mindset and the mechanics of ownership.

  • Business plan building
  • Pitch & funding basics
  • Launch-ready ventures

STEM Innovation

High school & adults

A project-based lab where learners design, prototype, and solve real problems with science, engineering, and technology. Innovation as a habit, not a hobby.

  • Design-thinking process
  • Prototype & iterate
  • Real-world problem solving
Flagship program

Designer Station

High school & adults

Creative technology meets career readiness — graphic design, UX, digital media, and brand building. Scholars learn to create the assets every organization needs.

  • Design software fluency
  • UX & visual fundamentals
  • Portfolio development

High-Tech Job Skills Training

Adults & high school age

Industry-aligned, hands-on training that prepares learners for in-demand technical roles and certifications. Build a real, hireable skill set — not a certificate alone.

  • Industry certifications
  • Hands-on technical labs
  • Career placement support
Grant-funded programs

See if you qualify for grant-funded programs

Many REAP programs are delivered at no cost to families through grants, district partnerships, and nonprofit funding. Check the criteria — if your organization fits, let's talk about what's available.

You likely qualify if you are

  • A school, district, or nonprofit serving students who need accelerated, not remedial, learning
  • Title I or community-based programs reaching underrepresented scholars
  • Funding or grant capacity to support multi-week programming or PD
  • Commitment to measurable student outcomes and family engagement
  • Adult learners or high schoolers ready for entrepreneurship, STEM, or tech-skills pathways

Let's build something your scholars will remember

Tell us about your students, your gaps, and your timeline. We'll come back with a program plan — Saturday academy, in-school acceleration, PD, or a full curriculum build.
